| While both will clean your home, the
chemicals used make a lasting difference. Low Pressure Power Washing
uses a small % of Sodium Hydrochloride in a 200 gal tank of fresh
water. This will kill mold and mildew and prevent it from growing
back over the years to come. A Soft Wash uses biodegradable products
but they do not kill the bacteria and therefore that mold and mildew

We do make every effort to spray down all plant life with fresh water during and after a chemical clean.
